If you have an SUV or a big truck, you might not be in for a tight fit. If you're shy I would hate to try to get dressed for a night out in that little space. The door barely passed the toilet when I closed it. I never saw the pool empty except before it opened. If one family decides to go to the pool, you might as well forget it. That is a nice thing especially for the woman in front of me who filled up 8 cups of coffee and had her kids help carry them back to her room. Free coffee, apple, orange and fruit juice in the office 24/7. So I went back and they applied the discount with her card and I got the amount credited to my card when I checked out. After we checked in my Mom realized they have AARP discounts. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels were replenished, beds made, etc. The rooms were clean and the room had extensive channels with a DVD player. Shops are also within short walking distance if you're looking for beach stuff or shot glasses, etc. Two places we ate that I recommend are North End Pizza and Pocahontas Pancakes, which were good with decent prices. It's on the quiet end with places to eat close by. You cross the street and there is the beach staring back at you. PROS: Location is right across from the beach. I hope my input helps my fellow travelers. After reading the reviews here I booked this for our first trip to VA Beach. We just returned yesterday after a three night stay at this hotel.
